As brilliant as ever. As legit as ever, dear old Cain. So time is not entirely ahead of me by more than a year. Translation's a heck of a tricky job. Hear, hear. Given the murky past I've had in that field (not that I'd taken it up on my own accord), I feel you. But when pieces of your mind literally flood out as interpretations (yes, that is how I viewed them), it is hard to just put them off as something you're not exactly looking forward to. And I can't thank you enough for undertaking that challenge and creating, this time, multiple little vignettes.
I refrain from saying what I make of the words and nuances; that would entail getting my thoughts in order, and that is kind of situation I don't want to end up in right now. Admittedly, I haven't listened to all the ones here either, for instance Kaafir Andhere, Nazar (now don't look at me like that; I can feel your look) and Lamhaa, so the venture would have been incomplete anyway. Just want to mention that the 'inexorable force' as in Door Se Paas.... it's got a compelling whimsicality to it. Remember 'hasaaye.... rulaaye.... apnaaye.... thukraaye'? Of course you do.
Hey, while I'm at it, got any thoughts on Banjar? Images of endless, bleak, rocky terrain flashing past.... to what effect? I'd like to know your thoughts.
